Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRE-ORDER CANNOT BE FULFILLED?
A. So far, we have a 100% success rate on fulfilling all past and previous pre-orders and a 100% customer satisfactory rating. If, however, a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and immediately issue a full refund.
