REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we retain a very strict NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS POLICY. All sales are final.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We will not accept any size swaps if the customer has purchased an item in the incorrect size. To avoid this from occurring, please refer to our sizing chart. If the item you're after is not mentioned in the sizing chart, please contact us via the live chat button in the bottom right corner of your device and a team member will be there to assist you shortly.

In the extremely rare event that any item/s sold at Supplied AU is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide the customer with a full refund under the conditions that:

  • The item/s are proven to be inauthentic.
  • The item/s are proven to be sold by Supplied AU.
  • The item/s are shipped to our facility with shipping costs covered by us.
  • The item/s are received by us in their original condition which includes any extra laces, hangtags or accessories etc.

Any item/s deemed inauthentic by the customer which are found to be authentic by Supplied AU will result in the customer to cover all shipping costs and a 3% fee of the cost of the item.
