Any item/s deemed inauthentic by the customer which are found to be authentic by Supplied AU will result in the customer to cover all shipping costs and a 3% fee of the cost of the item.

All orders are usually shipped within a time frame of 1-10 business days using our main courier network, Australia Post.

Currently, we only ship to home or business addresses only throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We do not ship to parcel lockers, parcel collects or parcel boxes.

We offer FREE Express Postage via Australia Post with an estimated arrival time of 2 to 5 business days depending on the location of the customer.

New Zealand

INSURANCE

We have now added the option to purchase insurance at checkout. It is recommended to purchase insurance to be covered for damaged, lost or stolen items in transit.

Australia Post has been experiencing delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, flooding and dangerous weather conditions. Please note that these delays are completely out of our control once they are in the hands of the courier networks.
